2015 was a great success for the LCIA.  In 2016 we plan to have more local events keeping your lean knowledge and network at it’s best.

We welcome all to attend and contribute to the Lean Construction Institute – Australasia conferences.  This is a great way to network, peer sharing and receive knowledge from our events.

Lean Construction Institute plays a key-role in partnering with those researching construction methods that have an influence in shaping the industry.
